Connecting Integrations

Connect your marketing tools and CMS platforms to give Orbitr agents the data and access they need.

Why Integrations Matter

Orbitr agents need data to make intelligent decisions. The more integrations you connect, the better your agents perform. Integrations provide:

  • Data for analysis — Search performance, traffic, ad spend, email metrics
  • Publishing access — Agents can create and update content on your CMS
  • Campaign management — Create and optimize ads across platforms

How to Connect

All integrations use OAuth for secure authentication:

  1. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Find the integration you want to connect
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authorize Orbitr in the popup window
  5. The integration appears as Connected with a green indicator

What Each Integration Unlocks

IntegrationWhat Agents Can Do
Google Search ConsoleKeyword research, rank tracking, index monitoring
Google AnalyticsTraffic analysis, conversion tracking, audience insights
Google AdsCreate campaigns, optimize bids, manage budgets
Meta AdsCreate campaigns, manage creatives, track ROAS
CMS (Shopify/WordPress/etc.)Publish content, update meta tags, add schema markup
HubSpotSync leads, track conversions, manage contacts
SalesforceSync leads, attribution reporting

Required vs Optional

Required for core functionality:

  • At least one analytics integration (Google Search Console or Google Analytics)
  • A CMS integration if you want agents to publish content

Optional but recommended:

  • Ad platform integrations for the Paid Ads Agent
  • CRM integrations for lead tracking and attribution

Managing Integrations

You can disconnect and reconnect integrations at any time from the Settings page. Disconnecting an integration stops agents from accessing that data source but does not delete any historical data in Orbitr.
