Configuring Agents
Set up your agents with the right goals, preferences, and autonomy levels for your business.
Agent Configuration
Each agent can be configured to match your business goals and risk tolerance. Configuration happens at two levels:
- Site-level settings — Apply to all agents working on a site
- Product-level settings — Specific to each agent
Site Settings
Navigate to Settings to configure site-wide preferences:
- Business description — Help agents understand your business, industry, and target audience
- Brand voice — Define tone, style, and messaging guidelines agents should follow
- Target audience — Describe your ideal customers so agents can tailor content
- Competitors — List key competitors for competitive analysis and benchmarking
