Product Subscriptions

How to subscribe to products, manage your subscriptions, and handle changes.

Subscribing to a Product

Navigate to Products in your Orbitr dashboard

Find the product you want to subscribe to

Click Subscribe and select your preferred billing period

Complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout

Your agent activates immediately — no setup delay

You can subscribe to multiple products independently. Each product is its own subscription with its own billing period.

Managing Subscriptions

Viewing Your Subscriptions

Go to Settings in your dashboard to see all active subscriptions, including:

  • Product name and status
  • Current billing period
  • Next renewal date
  • Payment method on file

Changing Billing Period

To switch between monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual billing:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Manage next to the subscription you want to change
  3. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your plan

Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You won't be double-charged.

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Update your card or payment method

Orbitr never stores your payment information directly — it's all handled securely through Stripe.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel any product subscription at any time:

Go to Settings in your dashboard

Find the subscription you want to cancel

Click Cancel Subscription

Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the current period

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Cancel at period end — Your agent continues working until the end of your paid period. No refund needed because you're using the full period.
  • Cancel immediately — Your agent stops immediately.

After cancellation:

  • Your data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe
  • Historical analytics and reports remain accessible
  • Active tasks are completed but no new tasks are created
  • You can resubscribe at any time to resume

Adding More Products

Adding a new product is the same as subscribing for the first time. Each product is independent — adding Paid Ads doesn't affect your existing SEO subscription.
